Managing director
Taran Cole
Taran is the director and founder of TJC Fire and Electrical Services. He also is a director of TheGreenHomeCo. LTD and Hunnings Homes LTD. Taran has over 20 years experience in the electrical industry and has completed 1000’s of projects, from small domestic works from numerous homeowners to multi-million pound projects of 150+ flats. With his wealth of experience, Taran is in-valuable to the teams growth and success. Taran enjoys his down time by playing football, going to the gym, seeing friends, skiing (when possible) and taking the dog out for long walks.
Engineer
Andrew Suckling
Andrew is a key member of the TJC team with his mass of technical knowledge. Andrew is also a director of TheGreenHomeCo. LTD. With vast experience in smart home technology, AV installations, data and networking installations, EV chargers and renewable energy, Andrews knowledge of the products and techniques to excel in this industry are 2nd to none. Andrew spends his time DJ’ing, so you may see him at local bars / clubs in Bournemouth or behind the decks at the AFC Bournemouth ground at halftime. He spends most of his time, looking after his new-born baby girl, Ivy.
Engineer
Harvey Wright
Harvey is a dedicated, hardworking, reliable install engineer. Completing his full qualification in 2023, after completing his apprenticeship with TJC Fire and Electrical LTD, Harvey has leapt from strength to strength during his 7 years with the company. Harvey is in the process of training with the senior members of the team, to become a team leader, and soon, we will take on a new batch of apprentices to aid there electrical installers career, and Harvey is earmarked to train these young talents. Harvey is a keen footballer, playing at a high level for Poole Town FC. He enjoys eating out, seeing new places and going for drinks with friends.
Engineer
Jamie Burch
Jamie is a great asset to the TJC team. He is both knowledgeable and passionate about progressing his career in the industry and is always looking for new training course / opportunity’s to expand his knowledge. Jamie has many years experience in domestic works; Rewires, additional sockets and lights, EICR’s, Consumer unit / fuseboard replacements and fault finding. Jamie enjoys playing football, holidays and music events (but doesn’t enjoy the hangovers!).

Harry Daler
Harry is the newest of employee’s to TJC (3 years) and is a pivotal part of the day to day operations. Having completed his apprenticeship in 2023 with the TJC team, he has evolved and grown in his role to become one of the most senior members of the team. Harrys dedication to seeing a job through, to a high standard is one of many reasons he has flourished in his position. Harry’s work interested are fire alarms, EICR’s / landlords compliance, commercial electrical works and heating systems! Harry is a fit young lad who enjoys going to the gym, staying healthy and going out with his friends.
Company Secretary
Kim Cole
Kim is one of the most important people in the business, let alone in Taran’s life. She is Taran’s mother aswell as the company secretary, bookkeeper and accounts manager. Kim’s keen eye to detail is essential in keeping on top of the business finance’s, compliance, and admin tasks. Kim loves being with friends and family, cup’s of tea, and time spent with her beloved grandchildren, Remee and Ovie.

Simba
Simba is the company mascot. A 2 year old show cocker spaniel with a heart of gold. He brings a wealth of experience in boosting morale, cuddles and chasing his tail. He likes walks, biscuits, chasing birds and swimming in any water he can find!
